The school crest of Nanyang Girls' High School was updated with a yellow ring emblem printed with its name in English and motto in Chinese. The original logo was a diamond-shaped crest printed with the school name in Chinese against a light blue background. It was designed by a former art teacher of the school, Madam Chen Jun Wen.
