This logo uses the letters 'R' and 'C' to symbolise the concept of a voluntary organisation run by and for residents in public housing estates. The white background outlines a person in the letter 'R' and a conference table in 'C' to signify a way out to problems. The square boundary represents how Resident's Committees serve specific zones. This logo was replaced in 2003.
