Located on the mezzanine floor of the Hyatt Hotel, this restaurant served Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisine. Its Indian section was headed by Om Prakash Kapotra, a chef from New Delhi. It opened in 1971 along with the new hotel.
As part of a larger rebranding of the hotel's offerings during the 1980s, the restaurant was renamed Nutmegs.
