In 1993, Singapore hosted the biennial multi-sports event for the third time in its history. These farecards featured a colourful lion head logo by Noah Wan of MBD Consultants as well as Singa, the official games mascot created by Lee Hup Kheng of The New Paper, in a variety of poses representing the 29 sporting events.
